Refund
We offer a 30-day return window for unused scooters in their original packaging. Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the item.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. It may take a few more days for funds to appear in your account.
In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply. This will be clearly stated during the return request process.
nfortunately, we can’t accept returns on used or assembled scooters unless they are faulty. Contact us if you believe your item is defective.
If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel and refund it immediately. If it has shipped, you’ll need to follow our standard return process.
